The application process for the CSIR UGC NET exam began on September 25, 2025. The last date to apply is October 24, 2025. Candidates have time between October 27th and 28th to make corrections to their forms. To apply, visit the official website, csirnet.nta.ac.in.

CSIR UGC NET Age Limit: Age Limit

JRF candidates must not exceed 30 years of age. The maximum age limit can be extended by 5 years for SC, ST, third gender, PWD, and women, and by 3 years for OBC (non-creamy layer). However, there is no maximum age limit for admission to a PhD.
