The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has once again extended the last date for applications for the D.El.Ed Common Entrance Test (CET) 2026-28. BSEB DELED CET 2026: New Application Date and Eligibility
The Bihar School Examination Board has extended the last date for applications for the D.El.Ed entrance examination 2026. Previously, the date was set for January 9th, which has now been extended to January 24th. Therefore, candidates who have not yet applied can fill out the online form on the official website.
Regarding eligibility, candidates must have passed the 12th or equivalent examination from a recognized board with at least 50 percent marks. Students currently appearing for the 12th examination can also apply for this entrance test. Additionally, the applicant must be at least 17 years old. All candidates who meet the specified criteria should apply before the last date.
Know the Exam Pattern
The D.El.The Ed entrance examination will consist of 120 multiple-choice questions, carrying a total of 120 marks. Questions will be asked from General Hindi or Urdu, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, General English, and Logical and Analytical Ability. The duration of the examination will be 2 hours and 30 minutes. To pass the examination, general category candidates must secure at least 35 percent marks, and reserved category candidates must secure 30 percent marks.
What is the Application Fee?
The application fee is Rs. 960 for General, OBC, BC, and EBC categories, while it is Rs. 760 for SC, ST, and PwD candidates.
