The Board is facing a barrage of questions regarding discrepancies found in the scanned copies of CBSE Class 12 answer sheets—an issue that has caused distress not only among students but also among their parents. Although the CBSE has periodically issued clarifications in response to these allegations, the students' concerns remain largely unaddressed. Consequently, the CBSE has launched a 24x7 helpline facility for students. This facility, designed to assist students, has been named 'Post-Result Support for Students.' This support system is specifically designed to aid students with issues related to results, evaluation, and stress management.

According to the CBSE, if a student has any queries regarding their results, evaluation, or stress-related matters, they can utilize the Board's tele-counseling facility. Students can call the toll-free helpline number, 1800-11-8004, to voice their concerns and seek resolutions. Additionally, students can also seek assistance via official email channels. To do so, students must send an email to info.cbse@nic.in or resultcbse2026@cbseshiksha.in.

**What did Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan say?**
Following a meeting with officials on Thursday, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan stated that approximately 1.7 million students appeared for the CBSE Class 12 Board examinations this year. These students generated a total of 9.8 million answer sheets, comprising nearly 400 million pages, which were evaluated for the first time using the Online Marking System (OSM). He acknowledged that certain shortcomings were observed within this new OSM system. However, he assured the students that all issues would be resolved and that no student's grievance would be overlooked.

**What difficulties are students facing?**
Many students who appeared for the CBSE Class 12 examinations this year have lodged various complaints. Several students claim that the CBSE provided them with incorrect photocopies of their answer sheets, while others have accused the Board of awarding them incorrect marks. There are many students who have claimed through social media posts that they received a certain score in their final Class 12 results, whereas the photocopies of their answer sheets reflect a completely different score. Similarly, some students have even alleged that they provided correct answers but, despite this, did not receive any marks.
