SSC: The Staff Selection Commission has issued an important advisory for candidates of various recruitment exams conducted by it. The commission has issued an important advisory for candidates on the correct procedure to upload photos and signatures while applying for various posts. The advisory highlights the common errors that often lead to the rejection of these documents.

The notice states five reasons which photos can be rejected, which include:

Lack of plain background

Wearing a cap in the photo

Taking a photo without a shirt

Insufficient brightness in the image

Blurred photos

Signature guidelines
The notice states that "short" signatures are a common reason for rejection. Candidates are advised to cut the box and sign inside it, ensuring that the signature occupies at least 80% of the space. The notice includes examples of both correct and incorrect signatures.

SSC MTS Application Correction Begins
The Commission has opened the online application correction facility for the Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) recruitment exam today, August 16. Candidates who have filled out the application form can make edits to their application form through the official website ssc.gov.in. The last date to make corrections to the application form is August 17.

The SSC MTS exam is scheduled to be held from September 30 to November 14 in multiple shifts across the country. Candidates will have to enter their login credentials such as application number and password to log in and make changes to the SSC MTS application form.
