SSC: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has launched a feedback module on its website so that candidates can directly share their suggestions and concerns. Officials said on Thursday that appropriate action is being taken based on the suggestions received. The SSC reported that the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) 2025, which began on September 12 and will continue until September 26, is being conducted smoothly across the country, although there have been technical disruptions at some centers.

According to SSC officials, more than 2.8 million candidates have registered to appear for the exam. The exam is being conducted in three shifts daily at 227 centers in 129 cities. So far, 526,194 candidates have successfully appeared for the exam without any major issues. An SSC official said, "The examination process is running smoothly at most centers and candidates can take their exams without any hindrance."

Module to Improve Exam Experience
A statement issued by the Personnel Ministry said, "To further improve the exam experience, the Commission has recently launched the 'Feedback Module' on its official website. This feature allows candidates to share their suggestions and concerns directly with the Commission."

Exam Dates Rescheduled for 1,100 Candidates

To ensure fairness and flexibility, the SSC has rescheduled the exam dates of approximately 1,100 candidates who had sought exemption due to clashes with other competitive exam dates or other valid reasons. Furthermore, the Commission has issued notices highlighting incidents of malpractice on September 10 and September 17, reiterating its commitment to transparency and fairness in the examination process.

The CGLE is one of the biggest competitive examinations in the country, with lakhs of youth appearing every year for recruitment to various Group B and C posts in government departments. “With new feedback systems and accountability measures, SSC's latest initiatives are widely seen as a step towards enhancing transparency, accountability, and candidate-friendly processes in recruitment,” the statement said.
