SSC Reforms: SSC candidates will be able to see their answers in the question paper..

SSC Reforms: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has implemented several key reforms to make its nationwide examinations more transparent, secure, and candidate-friendly. These reforms aim not only to strengthen the integrity of the examination process but also to provide better facilities and a reliable environment to millions of candidates. The Commission claims that the impact of these measures was clearly visible during the recently held CGL Tier-I examination.
For the first time, the SSC has allowed candidates to view their question papers, their given answers, and the correct answers. This will not only allow them to assess their performance but also allow them to challenge the answer keys with authenticity. The Commission has also decided to release some old question papers as official sample sets to provide candidates with accurate study material.

The fee for challenging questions has also been reduced from ₹100 to ₹50 per question. This move is a relief for students who found it difficult to pay high fees.
New Grievance Redressal System
An online grievance portal has been launched along with a toll-free helpline to quickly resolve candidates' concerns. Results will be made fair by balancing the differences in difficulty levels across shifts. This will ensure equal treatment for all candidates.
Strict Security and Fairness Monitoring
Aadhaar-based authentication has been implemented to prevent cheating and maintain transparency. Question papers are now sent from a secure digital vault to eliminate the possibility of leaks. Strict monitoring of hacking is also being carried out with the help of IT expert agencies. Strict action is also being taken against exam centers and candidates who violate the rules.
Recent Examinations and Future Plans
The CGL Tier-I 2025 exam received approximately 2.8 million applications, of which 1.35 million candidates appeared in 126 cities and 255 centers. Due to technical issues at some centers, the Commission immediately decided to reschedule the exam on October 14th. The process for challenging questions will begin on October 15th.
In the coming months, the SSC will conduct several important examinations, including recruitment for the CHSL, MTS, Junior Engineer, Delhi Police, and CAPFs. The Commission has clearly stated that these examinations will be conducted more fairly and smoothly under the new reforms.
Direct communication with candidates
To prevent misinformation, the SSC has also launched its official X handle (@SSC_GoI). The Commission has urged candidates to rely only on official information.
