SSC JSA/LDC 2023 Final Result: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the final result of the Junior Secretariat Assistant/Lower Division Clerk Grade Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2023. This examination was conducted to fill vacant positions in the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) Cadre Cell, Central Passport Organization (CPO), and Registrar General of India (RGI) cadres.
According to the notice, the final vacancies for 2023 were as follows: 1 position in the Ministry of External Affairs Cadre Cell, 35 positions in the Central Passport Organization, and 19 positions in the Office of the Registrar General of India. However, the results for the MEA Cadre Cell, MEA CPO, and RGI cadres in 2023 could not be made available earlier because there were no vacancies at that time.
Details of Selected Candidates
Ministry of External Affairs (Cadre Cell): 1 candidate was selected for 1 vacancy. The final selection score was 187.50.
Central Passport Organization: One candidate was recommended for 35 positions. The final selection score was 167.75. Of the selected candidates, one SC candidate qualified in the general category.
Office of the Registrar General of India (RGI): Two candidates were recommended for 19 positions. The final selection score was 130.50. Of these, one ST candidate qualified in the general category.
The Commission clarified that in the event of a tie, the marks obtained in Papers I and II and the candidate's date of birth were used to determine the selection order.
The SSC also stated that the results are currently provisional. The appointment of candidates will depend on their fulfillment of eligibility criteria and document verification. The marks of eligible and ineligible candidates will be made available on the Commission's official website soon.
