SSC JE Result 2026: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the results for the first stage of the Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical) Examination 2025, i.e., Paper 1. The examination was conducted in computer-based mode (CBT) from December 3 to 6, 2025, and December 13, 2025, at various centers across the country.
A total of 15,607 candidates have been declared eligible for the next stage in Paper 1. However, the results of the two candidates have been withheld. Based on their performance in Paper 1, eligible candidates have been shortlisted for Paper 2.
The Commission stated that since the examination was conducted in multiple shifts, candidates' scores have been adjusted using a normalization formula. Based on these normalized scores, the results have been prepared, and candidates have been selected for the next stage.

Results of two candidates withheld
The Commission has informed that the results of two candidates have been withheld. Their roll numbers are 625140014465 and 825140020334. Due to some administrative reasons, their results have not been released yet.
Minimum Qualifying Marks
The SSC also set minimum marks to pass Paper 1.
General Category (UR): 30%, i.e., 60 marks
OBC/EWS: 25%, i.e., 50 marks
All other categories: 20%, i.e., 40 marks
Based on these minimum marks, candidates have been considered eligible for further processing.
Result Released After Answer Key Changes
According to the SSC, objections received from candidates on the provisional answer key were reviewed. Corrections were made where necessary. Following this, the Paper 1 result has been prepared based on the final answer key.
The Commission will soon release the final answer key, question paper, response sheet, and candidate marks on its official website.
