SSC JE Result 2024: The Staff Selection Commission has announced the date of Paper 2 of the Junior Engineer Recruitment Examination 2024. According to the official notification issued by the Commission, Junior Engineer Recruitment Examination Paper-2 will be conducted on 6 November 2024. Candidates applying for recruitment can check the notification of exam dates by visiting the website of the Commission.

It is written in the official notification issued by the Commission, that the Commission has decided that Paper-2 of the Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical) Examination 2024 will be conducted on 6 November 2024.

The pattern of Junior Engineer Recruitment Paper-3
In Junior Engineer Recruitment Examination Paper-2, 100 multiple-choice questions will be asked from the Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical streams. 3 marks will be given for each correct answer, while 1/3 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. The duration of the exam will be 120 minutes.

Paper-1 result came on 20 August
The Staff Selection Commission released the result of the Paper-1 exam of Junior Engineer Recruitment 2024 on 20 August. The paper-1 exam was conducted from 5 to 7 June 2024. Candidates who have passed the Paper-1 exam will now appear in Paper-2.

1,765 Junior Engineers will be recruited
SSC had initially issued a notification for recruitment to 968 vacant posts of Junior Engineer. But then later the number of vacancies increased to 1,765.
