SSC CHT Result 2025: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the results for the Combined Hindi Translator (CHT) Paper 1 exam today, November 4. Candidates who appeared for the Paper 1 exam can now check the results by visiting the official website, ssc.gov.in. The Commission has also published the merit list along with the results.

In the result PDF, the Commission stated that a total of 3,642 candidates have been declared qualified for the SSC CHT Paper 2. The Commission stated that the results of two candidates have been withheld due to various reasons. Additionally, the results of six candidates have not been released due to their disqualification from the SSC exam.

The official notification states, "The representations received from the candidates regarding the provisional answer key have been carefully examined, and the answer key has been revised as required. The final answer key has been used for evaluation."

Minimum Qualifying Marks to Pass
The SSC CGT 2025 exam was conducted on August 12 in computer-based mode. A total of 6,332 candidates appeared for Paper 1. The minimum qualifying marks prescribed for Paper 1 are as follows, category-wise:

30 percent for Unreserved (UR) category candidates
25 percent for OBC and EWS categories
20 percent for all other categories

Along with the results, the Commission has also released the final vacancy details. According to the final vacancy list, the recruitment drive now aims to fill 552 posts. Initially, the exam was announced for 437 vacancies in various departments.

Candidates declared qualified for SSC CGT Paper 1 will now be invited to appear for Paper 2. SSC CHT Paper 2 is a descriptive exam conducted in pen-and-paper mode for 200 marks. In this, the proficiency of the candidates is evaluated through translation and essay writing in both Hindi and English.
