How to download the admit card?
To download the admit card, candidates should first visit the official website, ssc.gov.in. Find the link "Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Examination, 2025 (Tier-I) – Status / e-Admit Card" on the homepage and click on it. On the next page, enter your registration ID and date of birth. If you don't remember your registration ID, use your application number and date of birth, or retrieve it by entering your full name and date of birth. After entering all the details, click the "Know the Status / Download Admit Card" button. The admit card will appear on the screen. Download it. Print it and keep it safe to carry to the examination center.
What information does the admit card contain?

What to bring to the exam hall?

Complete Exam Pattern
The Combined Higher Secondary Level Tier 1 exam will begin on November 12, 2025, and will be conducted as a computer-based test. The paper will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions carrying 200 marks. The exam will be of 60 minutes duration and divided into four sections. The first section will be English Language, consisting of 25 questions; the second, General Awareness, consisting of 25 questions; the third, General Intelligence, consisting of 25 questions; and the fourth, Quantitative Aptitude (Math), also consisting of 25 questions. There will be a negative marking of 0.50 marks for each wrong answer. The paper will be available in both Hindi and English.
