SSC CGL 2025 Answer Key Date and CHSL Exam Schedule Announced in Latest SSC Notice
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has completed the Tier 1 examination for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) 2025 recruitment and released an important update covering the CGL answer key, the upcoming CHSL exam, and other major recruitment notifications.
SSC CGL 2025 Exam Update
The CGL Tier 1 exam was successfully conducted across the country, with around 13.5 lakh candidates appearing out of 28 lakh applicants. However, an incident of fire at one exam center in Mumbai caused a disruption. SSC has confirmed that a re-exam for the affected candidates will be held on 14 October 2025.
During the examination, SSC detected a few cases of malpractice where some candidates attempted to misuse the scribe facility by presenting fake documents.

Those with inconclusive cases will be allowed to appear for the re-exam on 14 October 2025.
SSC CGL 2025 Answer Key Release Date
SSC has stated that the CGL Tier 1 answer key is expected to be released around 15 October 2025, along with the window for raising objections. Candidates will be able to review their response sheets and challenge any discrepancies within the specified time frame.
How to Download SSC CGL Answer Key 2025

SSC CHSL 2025 Exam Schedule
The same SSC notice also provided updates on the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) examination.

The CHSL Tier 1 exam will begin in the fourth week of October 2025.
