The cold and fog are intensifying in Uttar Pradesh. In view of this, the Prayagraj district administration has decided to change school timings. This step has been taken keeping in mind the safety and health of the students. An official order in this regard has been issued by District Basic Education Officer (BSA) Anil Kumar, on the instructions of District Magistrate Manish Kumar Verma.

According to the order, all schools up to class 8 in Prayagraj district, across all boards, will now operate from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This order applies to all primary, upper primary, and composite schools under the Basic Education Council, as well as government, aided, and recognized private schools. Additionally, all schools affiliated with CBSE, ICSE, and other boards, up to class 8, are also required to comply with this directive.

BSA Anil Kumar has instructed all school managers and principals in the district to ensure strict compliance with this order. Necessary action may be taken against any school found to be negligent.

The order will remain in effect until further notice.
The administration believes that the extreme cold and fog in the mornings cause difficulties for young children commuting to and from school, which can adversely affect their health. Keeping this in mind, this temporary change in school timings has been implemented. This order will remain in effect until further notice. Further information will be issued once the weather conditions improve. Parents are also asked to cooperate with the administration's instructions and take special care of their children's safety.
