According to the notification, the Russian government will provide scholarships for admission to all universities except Lomonosov Moscow State University and MGIMO. For example, Indian students can receive scholarships for studying at universities ranging from Moscow and St. Petersburg to Krasnodar, Kaliningrad, and Vladivostok.

According to a notification issued by the Union Ministry of Education, Government of India, the Russian government will provide scholarships to Indian students for undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD programs. Indian students can receive these scholarships for undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD programs in medical, pharmacy, engineering, architecture, agriculture, management, economics, humanities and social sciences, mathematics, space, aviation, sports, and the arts, among other disciplines.

The notification clarifies that if students do not speak Russian, they can select an additional option in their application regarding the need to learn Russian. In this case, such students will study the Russian language for one year. After this, they will be able to proceed with their chosen course of study.

Selection in Two Phases
