How to Apply by December 1st
Applying for scholarships offered to foreign students by the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is open from October 1st to December 30th, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Interested candidates can submit their applications through the CAPES electronic system, available at https://inscricao.capes.gov.br.
