The SBI Foundation has announced the SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2025. This scholarship is available to students pursuing higher education in schools, colleges, IITs, IIMs, medical colleges, and abroad. Scholarships ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20 lakh will be awarded to candidates. This year, a total of 23,230 candidates will be awarded scholarships.

The eligibility criteria for the scholarships are as follows:
Regarding the eligibility criteria for the SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2025, the family income of candidates applying for scholarships at the school level should not exceed ₹3 lakh. Similarly, the family income of candidates applying for scholarships for college and other higher education should not exceed ₹6 lakh.

Selection for the scholarships will be based on academic merit. Candidates will also be required to upload their academic documents during registration. For example, only students who have obtained at least 75% marks or a 7.0 CGPA in the previous academic year are eligible to apply.

50 Percent Scholarships Reserved
The SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2025 reserves 50 percent of the scholarships. For example, 50 percent of the total scholarships awarded are reserved for female candidates. 50 percent of these scholarships are reserved for SC and ST candidates. Such candidates will also receive a 10 percent relaxation in marks.
