Recruitment for 2,756 Positions: Document Verification to Follow
This recruitment by the RSSB is being conducted under advertisement number 20/2024. The recruitment process began with a written examination, followed by a trade test for the candidates. The Board has now announced the results of the trade test, and the process has moved on to the scrutiny of applications and document verification.
The written examination for the post of Driver was held on November 23, 2025, with the results released on January 16, 2026. Candidates who qualified for the next stage of the selection process following the written examination underwent a trade test. Those declared successful in this stage are now required to complete a detailed online application scrutiny process.
Subsequently, the Board will verify the candidates' eligibility and their documents. Candidates may be required to submit certificates pertaining to their educational qualifications, adherence to recruitment terms, and other mandatory eligibility criteria. Therefore, candidates are advised to keep their documents organized in advance and to carefully read the instructions issued by the Board.
Online Scrutiny Form to be filled by November 12
For candidates shortlisted in the trade test, the next essential step is to complete the detailed online application scrutiny process. According to the recruitment schedule, the facility to fill out the online scrutiny form will be available from October 29 to November 12, 2026.
Candidates must provide the requested information and submit the necessary documents within the stipulated timeframe. It is advisable to complete this process well in advance rather than waiting until the final date. Care should be taken to verify all information entered and documents uploaded to avoid any complications later.
Once the online scrutiny process is complete, the Board will conduct an eligibility check and document verification. At this stage, candidates must demonstrate—through relevant certificates and required documentation—that they meet the eligibility criteria for the post as specified in the official advertisement.
