RRB Section Controller Exam Date OUT: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced the date for the Section Controller recruitment examination. According to the notice, the Computer-Based Test (CBT) for the recruitment of 368 posts under the Section Controller will be conducted from February 11, 2026, to February 12, 2026.  Information regarding the exam city will be released 10 days before the exam, while admit cards will be available 4 days before the exam date.

Applications for this recruitment were accepted in October 2025. This post falls under Pay Level-6, with a starting salary of ₹35,400, and an L-2 medical standard is mandatory for selected candidates.

Important Instructions for the Exam:
Candidates can check their exam city and exam date information on the official websites of all RRBs 10 days before the exam. SC/ST candidates will also be able to download their travel authority from the same link.

Admit cards will be available for download 4 days before the exam date.
Aadhaar-linked biometric verification will be conducted before entry into the examination center; therefore, candidates must bring their original Aadhaar card.
If Aadhaar verification has not been done previously, candidates should complete it beforehand by logging in to www.rrbapply.gov.in.

Candidates should rely only on the official RRB websites for all the latest information related to the recruitment process and avoid any unverified sources. Also, be wary of touts and middlemen who make false promises of securing a job.
