The wait for the RRB NTPC Undergraduate CBT 1 results—awaited by lakhs of candidates—is nearing its end. According to media reports, the RRB NTPC UG CBT 1 results will be released in the last week of this month. The results will be announced online via the official Railway website.

**Region-wise Result Release**
Once the RRB releases the NTPC UG results, direct links will be made available on the official websites of all respective regions. Candidates will be able to download the merit list by clicking on these links.

To check the RRB NTPC UG result, candidates must visit the official website: rrbcdg.gov.in.
On the website's homepage, click on the link related to the result.
A PDF file will then open on the screen.
You can download the file and check for your roll number within it.
Along with the results, the RRB will also release the cut-off marks. Separate cut-offs will be issued for different categories. Only those candidates who meet the prescribed cut-off marks will qualify for the next stage of recruitment: the CBT 2 exam.

**Start Preparing for CBT 2**
After the CBT 1 results are declared, successful candidates must appear for the CBT 2 exam to progress in the recruitment process. Therefore, without wasting any time, candidates should begin their preparations to clear this exam successfully.

The CBT 2 exam will consist of 120 multiple-choice questions. The paper will include 50 questions on General Awareness, 35 on Mathematics, and 35 on General Intelligence and Reasoning. Candidates will be allotted one and a half hours (90 minutes) to complete the paper. Candidates will be awarded 1 mark for every correct answer, while 1/3 of a mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer. It is worth noting that the first phase of the NTPC UG CBT-1 exam was conducted on May 7, 8, and 9, while the second phase was held from June 13 to 16 and on June 20, 2026.
