Similarly, preparations are going on for the Teacher Eligibility Test (REET) to be held on 27-28 February. According to the information, 233 centers have been set up for the REET exam in Jaipur, where 2.70 lakh candidates will appear for the exam. The administration is busy in its preparations to conduct the REET exam in a fair, transparent, and systematic manner so that there is no dispute of any kind during and after the exam, strong rooms and storage centers and adequate police force will be deployed at the examination centers to maintain law and order, especially during the REET exam. This time in the REET exam, hand-held metal detectors, biometric and face recognition, and other modern advanced technologies will be used to identify the candidates and prevent fake candidates.

For the REET exam to be conducted by the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education, the board has given instructions to keep a special vigil on the activities of suspicious persons, in which the list of debarred candidates will also be made available to all the District Collectors and Superintendents of Police, so that they can be monitored before the examination. The highest officials of the administration are reviewing all the preparations regarding the REET exam, after which the Chief Secretary of Rajasthan also clarified about the examination that the safety and convenience of the candidates should be the top priority of the state government.

The Board of Secondary Education and the administration will take full care during the REET exam, which includes security of paper and OMR sheets, law and order, caution in carrying the question papers to safe transportation, caution on examination material from strong room to examination centers, taking help of police, railways and transport department if needed for crowd management during the exam, in which special focus will be given on effective operation of railways, metro and roadways and private bus services for the movement of students. During the REET exam, the strong room of question papers will be under the supervision of the Collector and Police Commissioner.
The accused who leak paper and cheat in REET will go to jail.
High-level meetings are going on regarding the REET exam, in which to conduct the REET exam successfully without any rigging, the administration will keep a special watch on the accused involved in other types of illegal activities including paper leaks and cheating. Strict action will be taken against the accused who do any kind of rigging in the exam under the Rajasthan Public Examination Act. If any candidate or anyone is caught cheating in the REET exam, then under Section 10 (1) of Rajasthan Public Examination Act-2022 and Amendment Act 2023, he will be punished with 3 years imprisonment and a fine of one lakh rupees, in case of non-payment of fine, he will be punished with 9 months imprisonment, along with this, the property of the guilty persons will be confiscated for committing serious crimes like paper leak and cheating.
