REET Dress Code 2025: Rajasthan REET exam is scheduled to be held on February 27 and 28. The Level 1 exam will be held on February 27 in the morning session, while the Level 2 exam will be held in two sessions. The board has informed on its X, that the board will use face recognition technology for the first time in the exam.
This technology uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) and plays an important role in security, identity verification, and automation in various fields.
The exam will be held on 27 and 28 February.
The REET exam will be conducted by the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education in two shifts on February 27 and in one shift on February 28. The first shift exam will run from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm, while the second shift exam will run from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
Exam Pattern
Each question for the Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test will have five options instead of four. 0.33 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. The exam will be conducted offline, in which candidates will get 150 minutes to complete both Level 1 and Level 2 papers. Each paper will have 150 questions, which will be of a total of 150 marks.
Face recognition technology
The board will use face recognition technology for the first time in the exam. Under this technology, the photo on the admit card will be matched with the candidate present at the examination center through the bar code. Apart from this, fingerprints will also be taken. The board will monitor the examination centers through CCTV.
The centers can be viewed live during the exam. The entrance to the examination center will be closed one hour before the exam. Candidates will be able to take the exam in plain clothes, slippers, or sandals only. Wearing any kind of chain or metal jewelry at the examination center may be prohibited.
