Students are facing numerous difficulties while attempting to register on the portal. Some students are being charged excessive fees, while others have had to deposit lower amounts. To rectify these technical flaws occurring on the portal, the government has now enlisted the assistance of experts from the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and Public Sector Banks (PSBs).

Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has sought a detailed report from the CBSE following widespread complaints from students and parents regarding technical glitches encountered during the re-evaluation process after the declaration of results. To stabilize the system and bolster the Board's digital infrastructure, the Centre has called upon experts from IIT Madras and IIT Kanpur, and has engaged four public sector banks: State Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, and Indian Bank. These entities will assist the CBSE in strengthening its payment gateway infrastructure and facilitating its integration with the post-examination services portal.
**Issues Being Faced on the Portal**
Students applying for re-evaluation are encountering recurring issues on the portal, including server downtime, payment gateway failures, account login difficulties, blurred scanned copies of answer sheets, and various operational glitches.
**Applications for Re-checking Can Be Submitted Within Two Days of Receiving Scanned Copies**
Students who apply for the re-checking of their answer sheets by today—May 25—will receive scanned copies of their evaluated answer sheets. Upon receiving this, if students identify any discrepancies or wish to request a re-evaluation, they may apply for Observation/Re-evaluation within the next two days.
