The Prime Minister's Vikasit Bharat Rojgar Yojana portal has been made live from today. Now the youth can register on this portal to take advantage of the scheme. This scheme, with an outlay of about Rs 1 lakh crore, is being implemented in two parts. In the first part, the government will provide Rs 15000 to the youth who get their first job between July 1, 2025, and July 31, 2027. At the same time, in the second part, the government will also provide financial assistance to the employers who are giving jobs.
The Union Cabinet had approved the employment-related incentive scheme called Pradhan Mantri Vikasit Bharat Rojgar Yojana on July 1, 2025. With an expenditure of Rs 99,446 crore, the scheme aims to encourage the creation of more than 3.5 crore jobs in the country over two years. The objective of the Pradhan Mantri Vikas Bharat Rojgar Yojana is to promote employment generation, employment potential, and social security in all sectors, with special focus on the manufacturing sector.

Under this scheme, the youth who have got new jobs will get ₹ 15,000 in two installments. This amount will be given in two installments. This money will be given to the youth through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) mode using the Aadhaar Bridge Payment System (ABPS).
This is how job providers will get 3000 rupees.
At the same time, employers will be given incentives up to a maximum of Rs 3000 per month per new employee. This money will be directly transferred to the PAN-linked accounts of the employers.

Registration can be done on the portal for this scheme. Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya said that employers and first-time job seekers can register by visiting the Pradhan Mantri Vikas Bharat Rojgar Yojana portal (https://pmvbry.epfindia.gov.in or https://pmvbry.labour.gov.in). Or they can also avail the benefits of this scheme by entering their Universal Account Number (UAN) on the 'Umang' app. All first-time job seekers will have to generate a Universal Account Number (UAN) through the Face Authentication Technology (FAT) available on the Umang app.
