Under this, farmers are given a help of Rs 6,000 every year. This amount is given in three equal installments of Rs 2,000 i.e. every four months. Those who have agricultural land and do not pay income tax are eligible for this scheme. Whereas farmers holding government jobs or institutional land are not eligible for this scheme.

First of all, go to pmkisan.gov.in website.

Click on the “Beneficiary Status” option.

Enter your Aadhaar number / mobile number/registration number.

Click on “Get Data”.

The status of your installment will appear on the screen.

If “Payment Success” is written, then the money will come.
To get the 20th installment, do these important tasks immediately.
The government has made it clear that farmers whose e-KYC is not updated will not get money. In PM Kisan Yojana, money is given only to those farmers whose documents are complete. Many people just do e-KYC and sit idle, but there are many more updates which are necessary. If you have only done e-KYC, then know that e-KYC is important, but it is not enough alone. The installment will come only when your documents and account details are completely updated. So complete these tasks immediately.

Complete e-KYC: If you have not done e-KYC yet, then update it quickly; otherwise, the money for the next installment may be stopped. You can get this work done by OTP or biometric on pmkisan.gov.in or by visiting the CSC center.

Keep bank details correct: Check bank account and IFSC code-Money will be transferred only when your account is active and IFSC code is correct. Many times, the installment gets stuck due to a bank merger or account closure. So check that there is no mistake in the IFSC code, account number, and name.

Update land-related documents: Now, verification of land records is mandatory in most the states. If your land record is not updated on the portal, then you will not get the benefit.

There should be no mistake in name, Aadhaar and account number: The installment of many farmers is stuck only because the spelling of the name on the Aadhaar card is different or there is a mismatch in the bank.

If you have updated all your information, then now the wait is over. On August 2, 2025, your next installment of ₹ 2000 will be transferred directly to the bank account. To avoid any error, check your e-KYC, bank details and name in the list from now on.
