OSSC CHSL 2025: Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has finally released the exam schedule of the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Exam on its official website on 10th January 2025. Thousands of candidates appearing for the exam can check the exam date details by visiting the official website (ossc.gov.in).
According to the notification, this exam will be conducted on 16th February 2025 at various exam centers in the state of Odisha in OMR mode. This recruitment drive is being conducted to fill the vacancies of 324 Land Conservation Extension Workers. The admit card for the exam will be available on the official website a week from the exam date.
Selection Process
The selection process of OSSC Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) 2024 consists of the following stages.
Preliminary Exam: The preliminary exam will be OMR-based and will consist of 150 multiple-choice questions. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours.
Main Exam: The main exam will be written and will consist of papers based on technical knowledge. The duration of the paper will be 3 hours.
Document Verification: Those selected will be called for a document verification round.
Educational Qualification
It is mandatory to have passed 10+2 Science or 10+2 Vocational course in agriculture-related subjects such as Crop Production (CP), Horticulture, and Repair and Maintenance of Power Driven Farm Machinery (PDFM) from a recognized board, council, or institute.
OSSC CHSL Exam Pattern
The OSSC CHSL Prelims exam consists of 150 questions and will be conducted in OMR-based mode. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer marked by the candidate.
