Opportunity to pursue a B.Des course from IIT, UCEED, CEED application process begins, check exam dates
UCEED-CEED 2026 Registration: IIT Bombay has opened the registration process for UCEED and CEED 2026. Candidates can apply online until October 31, 2025. Applications with late fees will be accepted from November 1 to 7. The exam will be held on January 18, 2026. Interested students can fill out the form by visiting the official website.
UCEED-CEED 2026 Registration: Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) has opened the online registration process for UCEED 2026 (Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design) and CEED 2026 (Common Entrance Examination for Design). The application link was activated on October 1, 2025, at 5 p.m., and candidates can apply without late fees until October 31, 2025.
UCEED-CEED 2026 Registration: Exam and Application Dates
Candidates who are unable to apply on time can apply from November 1 to 7, 2025, with a late fee of ₹500. Both exams will be held on January 18, 2026, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

UCEED-CEED 2026 Registration: Eligibility
UCEED 2026: Students who have passed 12th (any stream – Science/Commerce/Arts) in 2025 or are appearing for the exam for the first time in 2026 can apply.
CEED 2026: Candidates pursuing a 3-year undergraduate degree/diploma/master's degree after 10+2 or those appearing for their final year examination by July 2026 are eligible. Additionally, those completing a GD Arts Diploma (10+5) by July 2026 can also apply.

Female candidates and SC/ST/PwD categories: 2000
All other categories: 4000
Foreign candidates (SAARC countries): 200
Foreign candidates (Non-SAARC countries): 500

UCEED: Conducted for admission to BDes (Bachelor of Design) courses at leading IITs in the country.
CEED: Conducted for admission to MDes (Master of Design) and PhD programs.
