A major update has been released for students regarding the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) 2026. The OJEE committee has announced the tentative schedule for the 2026 entrance examination. This examination is the primary means of admission to technical, management, pharmacy, nursing, and computer-related courses in various government and private colleges in Odisha. The exam will be conducted in computer-based mode. The dates for the online application process have also been released. Candidates are advised to carefully check all the details on the official website.

The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Committee has announced the tentative examination schedule for OJEE 2026. According to the committee, the entrance examination may be held on May 4, 5, 7, 8, and 9, 2026. However, these dates are provisional. The final dates, shifts, and exam center information will be provided to candidates in their admit cards. The final schedule will be released soon on the official website.

Courses Offered for Admission
Through OJEE 2026, admission will be offered to various professional courses such as B.Pharm, B.Sc Nursing, Post B.Sc Nursing, Post Diploma Nursing, M.Sc Nursing, MCA, M.Sc (Computer Science), MBA, Integrated MBA, B.CAT, M.Tech, Part-Time M.Tech, M.Arch, M.Plan, and M.Pharm. Lateral entry options for B.Tech and B.Pharm will also be available.

Application Process and Important Dates
The online application process for OJEE 2026 will begin on January 28, 2026, and will continue until March 22, 2026. Candidates can apply only through the official OJEE website, ojee.nic.in. It is advised to carefully read the information brochure before applying.

Rules for State and Out-of-State Candidates
Candidates from outside Odisha will not be eligible for admission to government colleges, but they can apply to private colleges for all courses except B.CAT. Meanwhile, both state and out-of-state candidates will be eligible for the B.CAT course.

Other important information:
For admission to B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Plan, Integrated M.Sc., and medical-related courses, candidates must qualify in JEE Main 2026 or NEET UG 2026.  Candidates can also download the OJEE Android app for the latest updates.
