NTA Scorecard Reissue Process: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has shared important information for candidates whose scorecards have been lost, stolen, or damaged for any reason. The agency has outlined the complete process for obtaining a duplicate scorecard in such cases. If your scorecard is missing, you can have it reissued by following the procedure described here.

Process to Obtain a Duplicate Scorecard
According to the notice issued by NTA, candidates are advised to first check for their scorecard on DigiLocker. If the scorecard is available on DigiLocker, it can be downloaded directly, and there is no need to apply separately.

However, if the scorecard is not available on DigiLocker, candidates must visit the official NTA website (nta.ac.in) and download 'Annexure-1' from the notification dated September 17, 2026. Subsequently, they must fill out the form and attach all the required documents specified therein.

NTA has stated that candidates can email their application and documents to result@nta.gov.in. Alternatively, the application can be sent via Registered Post or Speed ​​Post to the following address:

Waiting Period May Be Required
