NTA Releases Notice for CUET-UG 2026 Exam: Know All the Updates

The National Testing Agency (NTA) issued a notice on December 27, 2025, for students appearing for CUET UG 2026. This notice provides instructions regarding the exam timeline, Aadhaar card authentication, and important aspects of the application process. These instructions are for the candidates appearing for the exam to ensure their registration is completed without any difficulties. According to the notice, the CUET-UG exam will be conducted in the third week of May 2026. The application form for CUET UG 2026 will be released on the official NTA website. Candidates are advised to apply only through the official portal.

Fill in the information as per your Aadhaar card

To avoid problems during registration, candidates are advised to fill in all the data from their Aadhaar card as instructed in the application form. If the parents' names are not available, candidates are not required to fill them in.

Discrepancy in Name on Documents

If there is a discrepancy in the name on the Aadhaar card and the Class 10 certificate, candidates can easily correct it during the application process. This will not hinder their registration.

University List Subject to Change

Information about the UG programs offered by Central Universities and other institutions will be available on the CUET UG portal. The list of universities may be subject to change, so candidates are advised to regularly check the NTA's official website for updates. The syllabus will also be released on their official website.

The NTA has requested candidates appearing for the exam to only check the official NTA and CUET websites for any new updates related to the exam and to avoid any kind of rumors.
