The National Testing Agency (NTA) has launched an official helpline service to address issues such as errors made while filling out examination forms, complications with fee payments, and confusion regarding examination dates.

This is good news for the millions of students appearing for major competitive examinations conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), including NEET UG, UGC NET, CUET, and JEE Main. The NTA has introduced an official helpline to resolve various concerns—ranging from mistakes during the application process and payment failures to difficulties in downloading admit cards or uncertainty about exam dates. Following the NEET UG paper leak incident, the agency has released two primary support numbers with the goal of restoring the trust of candidates and parents, as well as protecting students from fraudulent activities and misinformation circulating on social media.

NTA issues a stern warning regarding cyber fraudsters

During examination periods, attempts are often made to defraud candidates under the pretext of increasing their marks, leaking question papers, or correcting application forms. To address this, the NTA has issued a very stern warning. The NTA has advised candidates not to share their passwords or One-Time Passwords (OTPs) with any unknown individuals. No official or representative from the NTA will ever ask for your password, bank details, or OTP over a phone call. For any updates, rely solely on the agency's official website, nta.ac.in, or the specific examination portal.
