NIFTEE 2027: Registration for the NIFT entrance test has begun, know the details here...

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has commenced registration for the National Institute of Fashion Technology Entrance Examination (NIFTEE 2027). Registration will remain open until the deadline of November 16, 2026 (without a late fee). Students seeking admission to undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), or PhD programs in fashion and design may submit their applications online before this date.

Eligibility Criteria
For undergraduate programs, candidates must have completed their 12th-grade education. For postgraduate programs, candidates must hold a bachelor's degree. For admission to a PhD program, candidates must have completed a postgraduate degree in a relevant field.

How to Apply
To register for NIFTEE 2027, visit the official website: exams.nta.nic.in/niftee/.
Under the 'Candidate Activity' section, select the course for which you wish to apply.
Click on 'New Registration' to complete the initial registration process.
Fill in the required details to complete the application form.
Pay the prescribed application fee (based on your category) and submit the form.
Take a printout of the submitted form and keep it safe for future reference. 

Application Fee
Candidates from the General, OBC, and EWS categories seeking admission to B.Des., B.F.Tech., M.F.M., M.Des., M.F.Tech., or Ph.D. programs are required to pay an application fee of ₹2,000, while candidates from the SC, ST, PwBD, and PwD categories must pay ₹500.
Candidates from the General, OBC, and EWS categories seeking admission to both B.F.Tech. and B.Des. programs, or both M.F.M. and M.Des. programs, are required to pay an application fee of ₹3,000, while candidates from the SC, ST, PwBD, and PwD categories must pay ₹750. Students falling under the categories of NRI, Foreign National, OCI, PIO, or SAARC are required to pay an application fee of ₹11,100.
