**PET to begin on September 15**
The Physical Efficiency Test for the Home Guard recruitment will commence on September 15. Approximately one lakh candidates who successfully cleared the DV-PST (Document Verification and Physical Standard Test) stage will participate. The exam schedule was revised due to rainfall. Preparations are also underway to use a synthetic track for the running event; the Board has requested information regarding available tracks from the Sports Department.
**How to download the admit card**
Candidates should first visit uppbpb.gov.in. On the homepage, open the link labeled "UP Home Guard Enrollment-2025 PET Admit Card." Next, log in by entering your registration number and password. The admit card will appear on the screen; download it and take a printout.
**Entry not permitted with old admit card**
According to the Board, the new admit card is mandatory for the revised date. Entry to the exam center will not be granted based on the old admit card. Therefore, candidates are advised to download the new admit card well in advance.
