Know this year's high score.
This year, no candidate secured the full 720 out of 720 marks. However, there was stiff competition among the top performers. This year, the highest score achieved by candidates securing the top rank was 715. In contrast, the NEET UG topper last year scored 686 marks; this represents an increase of 29 marks in the top score.

Once again, no candidate achieved a perfect score in NEET. Previously, in 2019, 2022, and 2025, no candidate managed to secure 720 out of 720 marks. This time, too, the top score remained at 715.
