NEET UG Result 2024 released, 67 candidates got first rank, check cut off

Today i.e. on June 5, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the results of the NEET UG 2024 exam. Candidates who appeared in the exam can check their results on the official website exam.nta.ac.in/NEET-UG. A total of 13,16,268 candidates have passed the exam, out of which 67 candidates have secured the first position. This year the cut-off is higher than last year.
This year the cut-off for General and General-EWS category candidates has increased from 720-137 to 720-164. All India Rank 1 is occupied by 67 candidates who have scored 99.9 percentile. For SC, ST and OBC category candidates, the NEET UG 2024 cut-off has increased from 136-107 to 163-129 as compared to last year.

The cut-off for MBBS and BDS courses is 50 for the general category and 40 for OBC, SC, and ST candidates. The NTA determines the NEET UG percentile based on the highest marks obtained in the All India Common Merit List. This year, a total of 24,06,079 candidates registered for the NEET UG exam, out of which 23,33,297 appeared for the exam.
Out of the total candidates, 13,16,268 have been successful. According to the data shared by NTA, 5,47,036 male candidates, 7,69,222 female candidates, and 10 transgender candidates have passed the exam.
