As the date for the NEET UG re-examination approaches, the anxiety levels of the candidates are rising. The National Testing Agency (NTA) and the government have made extensive preparations for the exam scheduled for June 21 to ensure that incidents like paper leaks do not recur. Meanwhile, various rumors regarding the exam are circulating on social media. Recently, rumors of a question paper leak spread, and fake question papers went viral online. However, the NTA dismissed the viral question paper as fake and urged students not to pay heed to such rumors.

The admit card for the NEET UG re-examination has not yet been released, but it is expected to be issued soon and can be downloaded from the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. The NTA had already released the exam city slip on June 7, informing candidates of the city where their exam center would be located so they could make travel and accommodation arrangements in advance.

How to download the admit card?
First, visit the official NEET NTA website: neet.nta.nic.in.
Then, click on the admit card download link.
Enter your application number and date of birth to log in.
Click on ‘Submit,’ and the admit card will appear on your screen.
Finally, download the admit card and take a printout of it.

What to carry to the exam center?
Students appearing for the NEET UG re-examination must carry their admit card, an original valid photo identity proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, or Passport), and a passport-sized photograph identical to the one on the admit card to the exam center. According to a recent NTA notice, the exam will be held from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM. Students have been granted an additional 15 minutes to complete OMR and documentation-related formalities inside the exam hall.

When will the result be declared? The NTA has not yet announced the result date for the NEET UG re-exam, but the results are expected to be declared four to six weeks after the exam—that is, in the third or fourth week of July. More than 22 lakh candidates had registered for the NEET UG exam this year.
