NEET UG Re-Exam Fee Refund 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has initiated the fee refund process for candidates who fall under its purview. A link for this purpose has been activated on the official NTA website. However, please note that you have a very limited time. To receive the fee refund, candidates must submit their bank details before 11:50 PM on May 27, 2026. After this deadline, the portal will close, and no further opportunities will be provided.

Which documents will be required for a refund?
To ensure that your funds do not get stuck due to incorrect bank details, the NTA has clarified that no opportunity to make changes will be provided once the details have been submitted.

You will be required to submit the following documents:

Name of the Bank Account Holder (as recorded in bank records)
Account Number
IFSC Code
Name of the Bank
Note: For accuracy, you may also upload a photograph of a cancelled cheque.

NEET UG Re-Exam Fee Refund 2026: An Easy Way to Apply for the Refund
First, visit the official NEET UG 2026 registration portal.
Log in using your login credentials (ID and Password).
Click on the 'Refund Link' displayed on the homepage.
Enter your correct bank details and submit them.

It is pertinent to mention that allegations of paper leaks and irregularities surfaced regarding the NEET examination held on May 3 across 565 cities in India and abroad. Amidst the ensuing uproar and a CBI investigation, the examination is now scheduled to be conducted again (as a re-exam) on June 21, 2026. More than 2.2 million students had appeared for this examination.
