NEET UG Counselling 2025: The Medical Council Committee (MCC) may soon announce the dates for NEET UG counselling. Students who have cleared the NEET exam will be required to register within the stipulated time limit for admission to MBBS, BDS, and BSc (Nursing) courses of All India Quota (AIQ), Deemed Universities, and Central Universities.

In how many stages will the counseling process be conducted?
Last year, NEET UG counseling was conducted in four stages. In this process, 15% seats of the All India quota, all the seats of deemed and central universities, and all seats of major institutions like AIIMS come under the counseling conducted by MCC. At the same time, the remaining seats are filled through state-level counseling of the states.
Last year, the first round of counselling was held from August 14 to August 31, the second round from September 5 to September 22, the third round from September 26 to October 15, and the final round - which was held for vacant seats, was held from October 16 to October 30, 2024.
