NEET UG Counseling 2025: NEET UG counseling schedule released for admission in MBBS, know when registration will start

The registration process for the first round of counseling for NEET UG will start from July 21. Candidates can register themselves till July 28. Seat allocation for the first round will be done on July 31.
NEET UG Counseling Schedule: The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has released the schedule of NEET UG Counseling 2025 for admission in MBBS, BDS, and B.Sc Nursing. According to the released schedule, the registration process will be completed in four phases, which will start from July 21 and run till September 24. According to the schedule released by the Medical Counseling Committee, the registration process for the first round will start from July 21. Candidates can register themselves till July 28. Seat allocation for the first round will be done on July 31.
Similarly, in the second round, the registration process will run from 12 to 18 August, and seat allocation will be done on 21 August. Similarly, in the third round, candidates can register from 3 to 8 September. Seat allocation for the candidates of the third round will be done on 11 September. MCC will start registration for the stray vacancy round in the fourth round, which will be completed from 22 to 24 September. Seat allocation for this round will be done on 27 September.
Seats will be allotted based on rank and cut-off.
The Medical Counseling Committee has informed that seats will be allotted to the students based on their NEET UG 2025 rank and cut-off. During this, the availability of seats and the preferences filled by the candidate will also be looked at. The counseling process will include registration, fee payment, filling and locking of options, seat allocation, and reporting.

Under MCC counseling, 100% of % seats of MMU, BHU, JMI, ESIC are filled, along with 15% All India Quota seats in different states. Candidates who have passed NEET can register themselves by visiting the official website mcc.nic.in. 22.09 lakh students had given the NEET UG exam, but out of these only 12.36 lakh students were able to pass this exam. Whereas, according to the data, there are only 1,18,190 MBBS seats in a total of 780 medical colleges in the country.
