NEET UG 2024: The NEET UG exam is going to be held on 5th May. In such a situation, students remain confused about many things like - What is Self Declaration Form and how to fill it?

National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2024 admit card at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET. NEET UG 2024 entrance exam will be conducted on May 5 for Medical, Dental, B.Sc Nursing, and AYUSH courses across India. Candidates participating in NEET UG 2024 will have to fill in the details in the NEET Self Declaration or Self-Declaration Form before reaching the exam center, so let us know how to fill it out.

Please note that NTA issues the NEET Admit Card 2024 Self Declaration for all registered candidates. Every candidate has to download the NEET 2024 Admit Card undertaking and fill it out. Candidates are advised to read the instructions given in the admit card carefully.

What is self self-declaration form?

NEET Self Declaration is a document issued by NTA along with the admit card. NEET Admit Card 2024 Undertaking Form is issued to ensure the safe conduct of the examination. Students are required to affix a passport and postcard-size photograph, as well as a signature and thumb impression on the NEET undertaking form.

NEET 2024 admit card self-declaration form: How to fill self-declaration form?

First of all, log in to the official website Exams.nta.ac.in/NEET.

Then click on the link 'NEET UG 2024 Admit Card'.

Now enter the application number and date of birth.

After this, your NEET Hall Ticket 2024 will appear on the screen.

Now read the details given in the admit card and if everything is correct, take a printout.

Then fill in the details asked in the NEET 2024 Self Declaration Form manually.

Finally, paste the passport-size and postcard-size photograph.

It should be noted that the candidate going to appear in the examination will have to put his left-hand thumb impression along with his signature in front of the invigilator in the examination hall.
