Meanwhile, there are 14 private medical colleges in the state. Among these, 2,700 seats have been renewed, and 300 new seats have been added, bringing the total number of MBBS seats in private colleges to 3,000.

Rajasthan now has a total of 51 medical colleges and 7,180 available MBBS seats. This year, the state saw an increase of 900 new seats, all of which were added in private medical colleges. The total number of seats in the state stands at 8,080.
