NEET PG Exam 2024 Centers: After the postponement of the NEET PG exam, now students are protesting against the allocation of inconvenient examination centers for the NEET PG 2024 exam.

NEET PG 2024: For the last several days, the troubles regarding the examinations have not taken the name of reducing. Earlier, after the release of the NEET UG 2024 scorecard, NTA was under the scanner. The students were creating a ruckus, after which the agency got another setback. UGC NET exam was canceled by the Education Ministry. The reason behind this was said to be paper leak on the dark web. Now the students have started surrounding NBE regarding NEET PG as well.

NEET PG 2024 exam was to be conducted recently but the exam was postponed by NBE a night before the exam. Now the exam is to be held on 11th August. However the students say that inconvenient exam centers are being allotted by NBE. The protest against which is also being seen on social media.

Candidates who have registered for the exam say that they will have to travel thousands of kilometers to take the exam. Due to which they will have to face a lot of problems. From commuting to financial problems, they will have to face it. Lakhs of candidates have applied for the NEET PG exam.

Students put forth their problem

A student, Francis, has mentioned his problem on the social media platform X. Francis said that to take the NEET PG exam, he will have to go from Pathanamthitta to Visakhapatnam. The biggest problem is that he will get to know about the exam center only two days in advance. In a city where it takes two hours to reach from one end to the other, this is a big challenge for him. Francis also told that the center of his previous exam was just 20 minutes away from his house.

Stop playing with lives

Another student has raised the question that how to arrange for such a long distance? He said, "NBE should answer how do we cover such a long distance? We are facing problems like ticket booking, floods, room availability, road closures, train delays and increase in airfares. Stop playing with our lives."

What did FIMA President say?

Not only this, FIMA President Dr. Rohan Krishnan has criticized the National Board of Examination (NBE). He has said that it is very unfortunate that it is not showing sympathy towards the candidates of NEET PG. The allocation of examination centers is so arbitrary that students have to travel thousands of kilometers in the rainy season. He said that the time has come to end the VIP culture of NbeIndia and establish a student-friendly system.
