The MCC has extended the last date for choice filling for Round 2 of NEET PG 2025.  Previously, the deadline for choice filling was today, December 9th. Now, the MCC has extended the deadline to December 12, 2025.

How to fill choices for Round 2?
First, visit the MCC website mcc.nic.in.
Click on the MCC NEET PG Counselling 2025 Round 2 Choice Filling link on the homepage.

Enter your registration details on the login page and submit.
Now you can fill in your choices. Carefully select all the colleges and subjects.
After filling in the choices, lock them and download and print the confirmation page.

Facility to surrender Round 1 seats is also open
The MCC has reopened the facility to surrender seats allotted in Round 1 of counseling. The facility to surrender Round 1 seats has been reopened from December 8th to December 10th, 2025, in online mode. To surrender the seat, candidates will have to visit the allotted college and complete the resignation process.
