Hearing on a case related to NEET PG on August 3

The NEET PG exam is proposed to be held on August 3. On the other hand, on August 3 itself, a case related to NEET PG is to be heard in the Supreme Court. Several petitions were filed in the Supreme Court stating a lack of transparency in the evaluation process of NEET PG. In the last brief hearing, the Supreme Court has given the date of August 3 for a detailed hearing on these petitions.

These demands were put forward in the petition.

One of the petitions filed through advocate Tanvi Dubey has been described as opaque by the evaluation system of the National Board of Examination (NBE), the body conducting the NEET PG exam. Several important demands have been made in this petition:

Question papers and answer keys should be made available to the candidates.

Complete information should be given about which questions have been considered correct and which are wrong.

Students who have discrepancies in their marks should be given the facility of revaluation or rechecking of their marks.

Candidates should get an opportunity to challenge the disputed questions or answers.

A transparent evaluation system should be implemented for the current and future NEET PG exams.
