NEET MDS 2025: The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has reduced the qualifying cut-off percentile for NEET MDS 2025. Now the qualifying cut-off percentile has been reduced by 19.863 percentiles for each category, including General, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Classes, and Unreserved-Disabled Category (UR-PWD). This reduction has been done as per the MDS Regulations, 2017 of the Dental Council of India and its 2018 amendment.

This year, the NEET MDS exam was conducted on 19 April at various centers across the country. The results were declared on 15 May. The Dental Council of India (DCI) had fixed June 30 as the last date for completion of compulsory internship. NEET MDS 2025 Counseling: Counseling registration may start again

Now that the cut-off has been revised. More candidates will be eligible for admission to PG dental courses. In such a situation, the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC), which conducts the NEET MDS 2025 counseling process, will have to reopen the window for counseling registration. If media reports are to be believed, an official notification in this regard can be issued soon.

NEET MDS 2025: MCC will conduct counseling for 50 percent of the seats

The Medical Counseling Committee will conduct counseling for admission to 50 percent of All India Quota (AIQ) seats. While the remaining 50 percent of seats will be filled through the respective state-level counseling. NEET MDS Exam 2025: How many marks is the exam?

The National Board of Medical Examinations (NBEMS) closed the registration window for the Master of Dental Surgery Entrance Exam 2025 today, on 6th April. The application window was reopened on 3rd April. The exam was held in CBT mode. The exam will be conducted in a single shift from 9 AM to 12 PM. A total of 240 multiple-choice questions of 960 marks were asked in the exam.
