NEEEV Scheme: If your child studies in a Delhi school, you can get 20 thousand rupees from the government, know what is the scheme..

Delhi Govt Schools: If your child studies in a government school in Delhi, then he can get help of up to 20 thousand rupees from the government. The government has made preparations to make children entrepreneurs from the schools themselves. Under this scheme, the government will give help of up to 20 thousand rupees for doing some project work.
The name of this scheme is New Era of Entrepreneurial Ecosystem and Vision (NEEEV). Its purpose is to teach school children to think differently, solve problems, and stand on their own feet. This scheme will be applicable for children from class 8th to 12th in the current school session. It will not be limited to bookish studies only, but will teach children to do business.
Why is NEEEV special?
The biggest feature of NEEEV is that it will train children to become entrepreneurs in a special way. The Education Department has sent complete information about this scheme to all government schools. They have asked the principals to choose a NEEEV school program coordinator in their school. These coordinators will be from among the teachers and will take care of all the activities happening in the school. Every week, classes will be taught by the selected teachers. In these classes, emphasis will be laid on learning by doing. In this, children will be taught how to use the things necessary to become an entrepreneur in the real world.
These 4 things will be there in NEEEV.
NEEEV Dialogue: In this, well-known entrepreneurs and business experts will talk to the children. This will inspire the children to learn and move forward.
Startup Stormers: This will be a competition with many stages. In this, children will think of their new business ideas, present them to others, and then work on them.
How will the funds be received: The student groups whose ideas will be selected will get financial assistance of Rs 20,000 on each project to make their new ideas (prototypes) or start their own business.
Equipment will also be provided: In schools that have Atal Tinkering Labs (ATLs), children will also get modern equipment like 3D printers, Internet of Things (IoT) kits, AI and robotics-related equipment and methods of learning science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM).
How will the scheme be implemented?
To implement NEEEV properly, a School Innovation Council (SIC) will be formed in every school. It will be headed by the principal or head of the school. Apart from this, innovation councils will also be formed at the district and zone level for better coordination and monitoring. Some special nodal schools will also be selected in every zone and district.
