NCERT: As part of major reforms in school education, the NCERT has released key information regarding the curriculum and textbooks, in accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. According to this update, new textbooks for Classes 10 and 11 will be implemented starting from the 2027-28 academic session, while students in these classes will continue to study using the existing textbooks during the 2026-27 session. The NCERT has clarified that these changes are being implemented in a phased manner. New textbooks for Classes 1 through 8 have already been prepared and are available in both print and digital formats.
