There is great news for candidates preparing for the State Eligibility Test. The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has released the MPPSC SET Exam Date 2025. Candidates who registered for the exam can now view and download the exam dates from the official MPPSC website, mppsc.mp.gov.in.

Exam Date
The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission will conduct the State Eligibility Test on March 1, 2026. The exam will be held in a single shift from 12 PM to 3 PM. It is worth noting that the advertisement issued by MPPSC initially scheduled the exam for January 11, 2026. However, this date has now been changed, and the exam will be held on March 1st.

Exam Pattern
The State Eligibility Test consists of two papers. Paper 1 will have 50 multiple-choice questions worth 100 marks, covering Teaching and Research Aptitude. Each question in this paper carries two marks. Paper 2 will have 100 multiple-choice questions worth 200 marks. The duration of the exam is three hours. Each question in Paper 2 also carries two marks. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.

Admit Card Release Date
The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission will conduct this exam at various examination centers across Madhya Pradesh. The admit cards will be released a few days before the exam. Therefore, candidates appearing for the exam are advised to regularly visit the official MPPSC website, mppsc.mp.gov.in, to download their admit cards.

Candidates now have two months to prepare for the exam. To strengthen their preparation, they should take daily mock tests and solve previous years' question papers.
