Details of Total Posts and Reservation
A total of 123 posts are to be filled under this recruitment process. These include 30 posts for the General category, 17 for Scheduled Castes, 28 for Scheduled Tribes, 38 for Other Backward Classes (OBC), and 10 for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS). Out of the total vacancies, 44 posts are reserved for women.
When and Where was the Exam Held?
The written examination for the Food Safety Officer post was conducted on December 14, 2025. The exam was successfully held at examination centers in major cities of Madhya Pradesh, including Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, and Gwalior.
Results Released in Two Parts
Considering the instructions of the General Administration Department and the pending court cases related to OBC reservation, the selection list has been released in two parts.
Main Part (87%): In this part, a total of 382 candidates have been shortlisted for the interview.
Provisional Part (13%): In this part, 98 candidates have been provisionally declared successful for the reserved posts of OBC and Unreserved categories.
The commission has clarified that the status of the candidates included in the provisional list will be finalized only after the final court decision.
Instructions for Submitting Documents for the Interview
All candidates selected for the interview are required to submit their necessary educational and other documents to the commission's office.
