MP Police Constable Final Result: The Madhya Pradesh Employee Selection Board (MPESB) has released the final results for the Police Constable Recruitment Examination 2025. According to a press release issued by the Board, this recruitment process has now reached its final stage. This comes as major news for candidates who have been awaiting the results of this examination for a long time.
**Recruitment Exam Held for 7,500 Vacancies**
This recruitment examination was conducted between October 30, 2025, and December 15, 2025. The exam was held across 11 cities in Madhya Pradesh: Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Khandwa, Neemuch, Ratlam, Rewa, Sagar, Satna, Sidhi, and Ujjain.
Under this recruitment drive, the objective was to fill a total of 7,500 posts. A total of 978,059 candidates applied for these positions, clearly highlighting the intense level of competition involved in this recruitment process.
**First Phase Results and Physical Examination**
The results for the first phase of the recruitment were released on January 25, 2026. In this phase, a total of 57,985 candidates were declared eligible to appear for the Physical Proficiency Test (PPT).
Subsequently, the Physical Proficiency Test was conducted across 10 districts of the state from February 23, 2026, to March 14, 2026, thereby advancing the selection process further.
**How Was the Final Result Prepared?**
The final result has been prepared based on the Normalized Equi-Percentile (NEP) method. Under this method, the final merit list was compiled by aggregating the scores obtained in both the written examination and the physical examination.
Through this process, selections have been made for a total of 6,525 posts, comprising 87 percent under the Main Part and 13 percent reserved for OBC candidates. Candidates can download their results by visiting the Board's official website: esb.mp.gov.in.
