Reporting Dates
Candidates who secured seats in the mop-up round must report to their allotted medical or dental college between November 5 and November 8, 2025. During this time, they will be required to complete document verification and fee payment. If a candidate fails to report by the deadline, their allotted seat will be cancelled, and they will be disqualified from further counseling rounds.

In addition, a separate list of 416 candidates admitted under the All India Quota who have been removed from the mop-up and subsequent rounds has also been released. Both lists—the merit list and the list of excluded candidates—are available on the DME's official website, dme.mponline.gov.in.
